We understand that sometimes a decoration might not fit your vision or arrive differently than expected. Our returns policy reflects our commitment to your complete satisfaction while maintaining the nostalgic charm that defines our brand.
Return & Exchange Guidelines
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original condition
- Unused and undamaged
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Vintage Halloween collectibles (including Beistle Vintage Halloween collections)
- Battery Operated LED Lights (for safety and hygiene reasons)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to begin your return or exchange process:
- Contact Our Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for Authorization: Our team of holiday lovers will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
- Package Your Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship Your Return: Send your package to the address provided with your RMA. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of our receipt of your return
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of incorrect or damaged items
Exchange Process
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different product:
- Follow the same return process outlined above
- Clearly indicate the item you wish to exchange for in your email
- If the exchange item has a different price, we will process the appropriate refund or charge the difference
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or you received an incorrect product:

- Include photos of the damaged item or the incorrect product received
- We will provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement

International Returns: As we serve collectors worldwide (excluding Asia and select remote regions), please note that you are responsible for any customs fees or import duties associated with your return. We cannot mark returned items as “gifts” on customs forms.
