All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Free Shipping

  • Available on orders over $50
  • Carrier: EMS

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely delighted with your Halloween Wonders purchase. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.

Return & Exchange Guidelines

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible:

  • Item must be in original condition
  • Unused and undamaged
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their seasonal and collectible nature, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Vintage Halloween collectibles (including Beistle Vintage Halloween collections)
  • Battery Operated LED Lights (for safety and hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Our Team
    Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Wait for Authorization
    Our holiday-loving team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions
  3. Package Your Item
    Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation
  4. Ship Your Return
    Send your package to the address provided with your RMA. We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except for incorrect or damaged items

Exchange Process

If you’d like to exchange for a different product:

  • Follow the same return process outlined above
  • Clearly indicate the desired exchange item in your email
  • For price differences, we’ll process the appropriate refund or charge
  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received an incorrect product:
